is the fabric original?

Every Batik item featured is a one of a kind original item.  The fabric comes from a larger piece hand crafted by the artist, so there are no identical pieces.  There are never two of the exact same spots on the fabric, thereby making every inch of fabric its own unique individual work of art, big or small. 

How do I match the colors?

If you are trying to match your accessories with a particular color, chances are it will match perfectly.  Because of our dye process, the colors in our fabrics tend to lean and compliment other colors in that family.  So take comfort in knowing it will match and be sure to make your outfit pop!

how do i request specific fabric?

It is fairly easy to request custom fabric:

By Color: One or two colors included into a design at the discretion of the artist.  You are under no obligation to purchase complete yardage, and will only be charged for your item.

By Design: Choose from a variety of posted doodles on our social media pages, and leave the color choices up to the artist. You are under no obligation to purchase complete yardage, and will only be charged for your item.

By Color and Design: This is a custom order and requires a deposit before production. 

There is a season when the Batiks are made, so when requesting, note when you would like it completed.  Please be advised that the completion time varies depending on the customization process. If fabric is already completed, customization takes between 5-10 days plus shipping time. If fabric has to be made, allow for longer processing.
